Kings Riding Golf Club is Hiring!

As a Breakfast Cook, you will prepare and deliver a busy breakfast service, providing a high standard of fresh food. Additionally, you are able to undertake food preparation as well as, oversee and recieve early morning deliveries. 

Key activities:

• Ensuring that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
• To set and maintain standards of food preparation and service commensurate with the standing of the club by regularly inspecting perishable food items for quality and quantity and ensuring that personal grooming and appearance standards are met regarding cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene.
• To ensure the department is operated within the appropriate legislation and the appropriate records are maintained up-to-date, including health & safety, hygiene, equal opportunities and any other legislation as appropriate. Also ensuring that all policies and procedures are implemented.
• Assist the Executive Chef and the rest of the team to maintain quality, standards and cleanliness required by the Chef.
• Carry out any other duties as required by management. 

Special requirements: 

• High level of flexibility - able to work hours required and section assigned by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
• Be able to work under pressure, long hours and in a heated environment.
