Accounts Receivable Associate 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Deerk Creek Golf Club. This role is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and supporting the overall cash flow. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications required:

• Minimum of 1 year accounting experience required.
• Post secondary education in an accounting or business focus.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting stringent month end deadlines.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel spreadsheets.
• Work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Cash reconciliation and audit reconciliation.
• Ensures the BEO's and charges are accurate in accordance with the contracts.
• Setting up new clients in the database
• Verify invoices to guests based on ClubLink policy.
• Key enters payments received and reconciles customer payments to accounts.
• Investigates discrepancies and key enters adjustments.
• On-site resort functions would be to count, balance and deposit the daily cash, maintain the cash gratuity worksheets daily and disburse the cash gratuities to the employees.
• Maintaining Petty Cash balance and going to the bank to ensure enough coin and cash are readily available for all cash-handling departments
• Organizing and submitting all petty cash expenses
• Liaison for A/P invoices between department heads and Accts Payable department. Ensures all mandatory approvals are obtained on invoices prior to submission.
• Assist in other administrative and accounting functions as assigned.
• This is a Full-time role based out of Deer Creek Golf Club
