Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of clerical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff and management
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documents
- Assist with data entry, reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Greet visitors and provide general office support
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
- Experience with office management systems or CRM software
- Basic knowledge of accounting or invoicing
- Customer service experience
