Shipping / Warehouse Coordinator - ClubLink Warehouse

The ClubLink Golf Warehouse is hiring a Shipping / Warehouse Coordinator!

The Shipping / Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow, storage, and distribution of goods to our clubs and facilities. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, safety, and strong communication throughout the supply chain. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and experienced in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipment of orders
• Maintain organized storage areas and proper handling of equipment and products
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts, stock audits, and replenishment
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors
• Implement and uphold health & safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Maintain warehouse equipment and arrange repairs or service when needed
• Support seasonal operational demands, including peak golf season preparation

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience considered an asset
• Strong understanding of shipping/receiving procedures and inventory management
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is an asset)
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy items as needed
