Golf Shop Attendant

Eagle Trace is Hiring!

Provide excellent customer service while assisting in daily Pro Shop operations. Greet members and guests in friendly, professional manner. Sell merchandise, collect greens fees, make tee time reservations and assist in coordinating tournaments and special events. Assist with merchandising and inventory control and maintain a neat, organized and well-stocked pro shop.

This is a fast paced position with constant customer interaction. You will be responsible for working the point of sale systems, answering phones and handling cash and credit transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Proven record of providing excellent customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior golf retail experience is a plus.
• POS system experience preferred, Word and Excel.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Promote sales by using suggestive selling techniques. 
• Complete daily opening and closing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well in a team environment
