JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with surveying the course as part of our IPM program
- Record keeping for all pesticides and fertilizers applied on the course
- Proper inventory and storage of all pesticides and fertilizers
- Pesticide and fertilizer applications
- Ensure that all application equipment is properly maintained, calibrated and kept in a state of readiness
- Qualifications Graduate of a turf maintenance programme or currently enrolled in one is prefered
- Hold or be willing to aquire an Ontario Landscape Exterminator's or Technician's Licence
- Mature, eager, and willing to work long hours if necessary
- Willing to learn and possess a strong desire for advancement in the turf industry
- Be a self starter and able to work on your own with minimal instructions
- Have good organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Have both excellent written and verbal communication skills
