Facilities Supervisor - King Valley Golf Club / King's Riding Golf Club

Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the buildings’ systems & the grounds of the property.  This is a hands-on position required to interact with multiple operating departments and a key part of our guest service experience.

Requirements:

  • Perform repairs to building interiors and exteriors, & grounds.
  • Maintenance of the building including minor plumbing, HVAC, Laundry and electrical repair
  •  Maintain qualified outside contractors to make necessary repairs as required
  • Upkeep of grounds and snow removal
  • Supply ordering and inventory control
  • Daily review and update of the deficiency list
  • Assistance in event  setup & tear-down
  • Hire and scheduling of facility staff
  • Work within budget guidelines
  • Ensure the building is a safe, well maintained up to code work place (fire system checks, first aid supplies, and safety equipment etc.)
  • Establish an annual preventative maintenance program for all operating equipment
  • Set-up an annual maintenance program to address the deficiency list
  • Seasonal set-up and storage of all outdoor equipment
  • Oversee capital projects as required
  • Perform cross-functional and other duties, as assigned and/or required.  

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of related experience in facility or property management
  •  Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, security, HVAC systems
  •  Strong time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage competing priorities and balance multiple tasks
  • Basic computer knowledge of MS Office, ability to work with reports, spreadsheets and various other documents
  • Proven ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously
