Seasonal Facilities Supervisor- The Lake Joseph Club

The Lake Joseph Club is hiring a Seasonal Facilities Supervisor 

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the buildings’ systems & the grounds of the property.  This is a hands-on position required to interact with multiple operating departments and a key part of our guest service experience.

Requirements:

• Perform repairs to building interiors and exteriors, & grounds.
• Maintenance of the building including minor plumbing, HVAC, Laundry and electrical repair.
•  Maintain qualified outside contractors to make necessary repairs as required.
• Upkeep of grounds and snow removal.
• Supply ordering and inventory control.
• Daily review and update of the deficiency list.
• Assistance in event  setup & tear-down.
• Hire and scheduling of facility staff.
• Work within budget guidelines.
• Ensure the building is a safe, well maintained up to code work place (fire system checks, first aid supplies, and safety equipment etc.).
• Seasonal set-up and storage of all outdoor equipment.
• Oversee capital projects as required.
• Perform cross-functional and other duties, as assigned and/or required.  
• Log/Record maintenance. 

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of related experience in facility or property management
•  Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, security, HVAC systems
•  Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage competing priorities and balance multiple tasks
• Basic computer knowledge of MS Office, ability to work with reports, spreadsheets and various other documents
• Proven ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously
