Golf eCommerce- Accounting Associate- Rolling Hills Golf Club

The Accounting Associate will play a key role in day-to-day accounting operations, supporting financial accuracy across our eCommerce channels. This role works closely with operations and the fulfillment team to ensure smooth financial reporting and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record daily transactions, including sales, refunds, and chargebacks across eCommerce platforms
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and payment processors (Moneris, PayPal, etc.)
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Help manage inventory accounting and cost of goods sold
• Assist with sales tax tracking and compliance
• Identify discrepancies and support process improvements

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (eCommerce experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with inventory-based or eCommerce businesses considered an asset.
