Member Services Associate

As a Member Services Associate, you will play a key role in supporting ClubLink Members and Guests by providing knowledgeable, professional, and friendly service while collaborating with internal departments across the organization.

The Member Services team offers a wide range of support through strong organizational knowledge and a commitment to service excellence. This role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all ClubLink Member inquiries and tee time bookings in a call center environment
  • Respond to inquiries related to membership, accounts, products, and services, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
  • Accurately document, track, and follow up on Member issues to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
  • Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and membership-related inquiries
  • Prepare monthly reports of delinquent accounts and issue appropriate Member correspondence
  • Post account adjustments and assist with month-end accounts receivable procedures
  • Maintain and update Member records, including contact and address information
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service while demonstrating flexibility, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong team player with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven background in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Bilingual in English and French is a definite asset.
