Overnight even Set up Crew

We are currently seeking motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Overnight Event Setup Team.

What You'll Do

• Setting up and tearing down banquet halls and event spaces according to event floor plans and specifications
• Reading and interpreting Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accurate event execution
• Arranging staging, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, glassware, and buffet stations
• Ensuring rooms are fully prepared and presentation ready
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining cleanliness of event spaces during room flips
• Safely moving, storing, and maintaining banquet equipment
• Keeping service corridors, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces clean, organized, and unobstructed
• Following all workplace safety, and company policies

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability, respect, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Strong time-management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with supervisors and managers

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lifting and carrying items weighing up to 75 lbs
• Bend, twist, reach, and stand for extended periods
• Climb stairs and move equipment safely throughout the facility

Schedule & Availability: This position has start times that vary between 9:00 PM and 11:30PM
