Palm-Aire Golf Club is looking for a dependable, friendly, and hardworking part-time Range Attendant to join our team. The Range Attendant plays an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming practice facility for our members and guests.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping things organized, and enjoys being part of a team in a golf club environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented driving range and practice area.
• Collect, clean, and organize range balls and ensure an adequate supply is available.
• Operate range ball collection equipment and/or assist with ball pickup as needed.
• Set up and maintain hitting areas, including moving and arranging tee stations.
• Assist members and guests with questions and provide friendly, courteous service.
• Keep range areas, ball baskets, and surrounding areas clean and free of debris.
• Monitor the practice area and report any maintenance, safety, or equipment concerns to management.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Work closely with the Golf Shop and Golf Course Maintenance teams to support daily operations.
• Follow all ClubLink and Palm-Aire Golf Club safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Florida heat.
• Ability to perform physical duties such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying.
• Ability to lift and move golf balls, baskets, and other equipment as needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous golf course, driving range, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge or interest in the game of golf is helpful but not required.

Schedule

• Part-time position with a flexible schedule. Weekend, early morning, and/or evening availability may be required, depending on the needs of the Golf Club.
