Palm-Aire Golf Club is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented part-time Bag Drop Attendant to join our team. The Bag Drop Attendant is often one of the first team members our members and guests interact with, making this position an important part of creating a welcoming and positive golf club experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of a team. The ideal candidate is energetic, helpful, reliable, and takes pride in providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist members and guests with unloading and loading golf bags from vehicles.
• Transport and organize golf bags in the designated bag drop and staging areas.
• Assist with golf cart staging and ensure carts are clean, organized, and ready for play.
• Help members and guests locate their golf carts and golf bags as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized bag drop and surrounding areas.
• Assist with moving golf carts to and from designated areas.
• Provide directions and answer basic questions or direct members and guests to the appropriate department.
• Assist the Golf Shop and outside golf operations team with daily tasks as needed.
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming arrival area throughout the day.
• Report damaged equipment, safety concerns, or member/guest issues to management.
• Follow all ClubLink and Palm-Aire Golf Club safety and service procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida's heat and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move golf bags and other equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Previous golf, hospitality, country club, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge or interest in golf is helpful but not required.

Schedule

Part-time position with a flexible schedule based on the needs of the Golf Club. Weekend, early morning, and holiday availability may be required.
